embarrassing.....
Despite hearing stories of bloody nipples, and seeing an extremely funny office episode that involved them, I never thought I would have this problem. I did, and I do.
It prompted an embarrassing trip to the running store to get nipguards and anti-chafing cream.

Longest run of my life
This run was the longest of my life. Previously the longest was a 9 mile run in April. Next week I will run 11 miles and break this record. I have run almost 300 miles this year. The thought of doing 26.2 in one day is still insane to me.
